I finally forced myself out of my lazy hair styling slump and wore a braidout this week. It was a huge fail. My hair was airdried in a bun beneath my wigs after my wash day on Sunday and I didn’t smooth out my roots because the original plan was to blow it out on cool air and do something cute ON SUNDAY! lol. So when I removed the bun to moisturize and seal I had a lot of texture in my hair. I braided it in about 7 chunky braids and rolled the ends. The next morning the waves were not very defined (I didn’t use the Bee Mine Curly Butter) but my hair felt SO soft and as I fluffed it, I felt very Diana-Ross-Chaka-Khan-Divaesque because it was so big and fluffy! LOL! So although the braidout was an utter failure, I still loved the final look for a random once in a while – even if it was by total accident!
