My rollerset curls didn’t last with all the exercise I’ve been doing lately, so I just bunned my hair for most of the week. I love the full, messy look of this bun, makes my hair look deceptively long right?! I actually got a bunch of compliments at church today.
I plan on doing another rollerset on Thursday because I have to go out of town yet again. I am co-hosting one of my closest friend’s (Christina) lingerie shower and bachelorette party. It’s going to be a very very busy weekend. Match Day for med students is on Friday (no…its still not my turn yet)…which is almost a bigger deal than graduation. I’ll be there to see my girl match – which means that each senior med student finds out where they will be doing their residency training, our first jobs as official doctors! I already have the tissues packed in my purse. Its a huge deal and very emotional. I’m so proud of her! Then…Saturday afternoon we are having a lingerie party. I bought her a zebra and cheetah print nightie with matching satin hair bonnets! Such an ECP gift, right?! She’s gonna laugh her butt off when she opens it. Then after the lingerie shower we are driving from VA into DC for dinner, followed by the club then back to a hotel suite for a strip show. Yeah, our girl wanted the traditional bachelorette party with all the bells and whistles…which she will get. I just hope I can still hang! lol.
I’ll be sharing all my hair, makeup and outfits from the weekend. If I do say so myself, I’ll be looking pretty dang flyy!
