How much do you LOVE this color? Its from the new collection by OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook! And for this (and a few others) I broke my no-polish buy! I feel like such a failure because I was SO determined! But let me tell ya’ll what had happened…
My mother gave me a JC Penney coupon for $10 off a purchase off $10 or more and then over the weekend I got a text code for $10 off a purchase of $25 or more…and JC Penney allowed me to use both. Combine those savings with the fact that OPI polishes are only $6 each at JC Penney’s (compared to their normal retail price of $8.50) and I ended up buying 6 new OPI polishes for $10!!!!!!!! I just COULDN’T walk away from a deal like that! I mean that is less than $2 each, can you really blame me?
I’ve been obsessed with the Euro Centrale collection ever since it first began popping up on some of my favorite nail blogs, like The PolishAholic. I marched straight into the salon area of the store and immediately grabbed OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook, My Paprika is Hotter Than Yours!, Oy-Another Polish Joke! and OPI…Eurso Eurso. I really wanted Polka Dot Com but it was sold out at that location so I grabbed one of the liquid sand polishes What Wizardry Is This? (from the Oz collection) which I’d also been tempted by a few nail bloggers, plus I really want to try out the liquid sand polishes. However, I learned my lesson from the shatter/crackle explosion – fad nail polishes come and go so I won’t be buying any more. Lastly I got OPI Live and Let Die from the Bond collection last year, just because it looks like a unique winter color (even though it is spring now).
Anyway, I absolutely love the sky blue creamy gorgeousness of OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook, the above photos were in sunlight and the below photos compare it in sunlight versus shade – beautiful either way!
So, okay…now that I got a bit of a polish fix and a great deal my self challenge no-buy is back on!
