Optimum 6-in-1 Miracle Oil Review

I have been working on my Optimum 6-in-1 Miracle Oil review for months – literally since my partnership with Soft Sheen Carson was formed.  Though I would have loved to get it to you sooner, I really wanted to take the time to use the product thoroughly so I could give my honest opinions and I feel comfortable doing that now (I have been using this product since October).

The NEW Optimum 6-IN-1 Miracle Oil is infused with 6 natural oils (apricot, argan, avocado, coconut, sunflower and jojoba) to deliver softness, moisture, intense conditioning, miraculous smoothness and everlasting shine. Perfect for relaxed, natural and transitional hair, this lightweight fast-absorbing hair oil improves hair’s elasticity and manageability, locking out humidity for continuous frizz control. Optimum 6-IN-1 Miracle Oil Review

My Thoughts:

I normally prefer purchasing pure oils and creating my own mixtures, but I have to say I am impressed with the performance of this product.  Although the product boasts it has 6 uses including as a hot oil treatment and skin moisturizer – I primarily used it on my hair as a sealant and for frizz control.  It gives a nice, natural shine and is definitely lightweight as the product description claims.  In fact it is so lightweight that at times I wasn’t sure that it was an effective sealant which is why I took so long to review the product.  After one week of continuous use upon examination of my ends at the conclusion of the week, they were smooth and soft which leads me to believe it works well but simply isn’t heavy enough to detect.  I was actually very surprised to read that it was free of silicones and mostly naturally derived, I am used to commercially prepared oil mixtures containing everything BUT oils (alcohols, water, mineral oil, etc) – that is a definitely plus!

My absolute favorite way to use this oil is as a leave-in to airdry. It leaves my hair feeling so silky and smooth unlike any other product I have.  Serums do a great job but are heavier than the 6-in-1 Miracle Oil and pure oils either absorb completely or leave my hair feeling oily.  In addition, nothing has ever sealed my ends and left them feeling so smooth and soft after air drying like this product.

Overall, I think Optimum 6-in-1 Miracle Oil delivers on its promises is widely available and pocketbook friendly.  If you have used the product, please share your experiences below.
