We deliver contact lenses anywhere within the continental United States with free shipping. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your order via United States Postal Service and delivery is 2-5 business days.

Once you have completed your order, we will send you a friendly email confirming your purchase (you should receive this e-mail within minutes of completing your order, if not, please contact us at email@example.com).
If there are any issues with your order confirmation, please contact our sales team as soon as possible.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a tracking URL and your order number, so that you can track your order status.
All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 days of receiving order.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not provide refunds on purchases but we know things happen.
Products that have experienced damage during shipping may be sent back to us and be exchanged for the same product.
If the products you receive do not match your order, we will gladly exchange them with the correct item(s) and send them to you. All we ask is that you send an email, including your order number, detailing the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once the order has been processed.
